Our process begins by examining your top two or three high-profile vendors. We identify potential areas for growth and opportunities, and compare these with current market trends. This comprehensive analysis provides a snapshot of your current position, the performance of your vendors, and the opportunities available to you.
Whether you operate a single dealership or manage 13, we dedicate a day to visit each of your locations. We meet with your critical management team to understand the dynamics of your organization and spend time with you, the dealer, to gain a deeper insight into your operations.
Based on these insights, we compile a blueprint that highlights what’s working well in your organization and areas that need improvement. This blueprint guides us as we represent you in the market, particularly with your high-profile vendors.
